Which is very good news for the commuters who rely on it as he will get it done as fast as can be done.
One wonders when public leadership will begin using the benchmarks that CC has developed over the years fixing public infrastructure, for their own public works departments?

Faced with a crumbling and leaky Interstate 5 in downtown Sacramento, highway officials on Friday turned to a heavyweight for help.
Rancho Cordova contractor C.C. Myers, nationally known for his can-do, quick-fix style, outbid five companies for the contract to rebuild more than 1 1/2 miles of the freeway this spring.
Myers' $27 million bid was substantially lower than the state Department of Transportation's own $44 million initial estimate.
Myers also surprised officials by saying his company would do the job in a swift 114 days.
The Rancho Cordova company won kudos from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and highway officials last year for its speedy repair of a Bay Bridge connector ramp that had been destroyed in a tanker truck explosion.
Myers, whose 30-year-old company does work all over the state, said he bid low because he wanted to do a major hometown job.
"We'll make a profit," Myers said, "but I really wanted to do the job for the people of Sacramento. This will be the first big job we're able to come home and do."
Caltrans officials had estimated the freeway rehabilitation project could take 300 days.
After discussing the project with Myers, Caltrans project manager Ken Solak said state officials believe Myers' bid is reasonable and doable. Additional costs will bring the total project price tag to $37 million, Solak said.
"It's a great opportunity for the state to save money and for the traveling public to be relieved of almost 200 days of traffic impacts," Solak said.
