Open house to focus on Indian center

WEST SACRAMENTO – Residents are invited to an open house Monday about the proposed California Indian Heritage Center to be built along the riverfront.
The event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Civic Center galleria, 1110 West Capitol Ave.
