Negotiation Session for Proposed Contract with
Sacramento County Water Agency

The Bureau of Reclamation will hold a negotiation session with the Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA) on its long-term water service contract for the delivery of up to 52,000 acre-feet of Central Valley Project (CVP) water. The negotiations will address certain administrative adjustments required by the pending assignment of 30,000 acre-feet of CVP water to SCWA from the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
