Two Sacramento teenagers will be arraigned Tuesday in connection with last weekend's murder of a 62-year-old Los Molinos man whose body was dumped in the American River Parkway.

Eric Jacob Ramsey, 17, and Candis Florence Lewis, 16, will appear before Judge Emily E. Vasquez after being charged Friday in Sacramento Superior Court with killing Rondal Raimer.

The Bee is naming the pair because they are being tried as adults.

That brings to 26 the number of teenagers arrested this year on suspicion of murder in the Sacramento area. Lewis is the first female.

Raimer's shirtless body was discovered Monday in a tangle of blackberry bushes along the bike trail under Highway 160, near Del Paso Boulevard. He was wearing jeans and a new pair of cowboy boots. His wallet was missing.

His 1995 Chrysler Concorde was found in flames on the side of Highway 99 in south Sacramento less than 24 hours later.

Sacramento police investigators believe Raimer was the victim of a robbery gone bad.
